Technology is designed for testing for the leakage of Spin-on
filter from the seaming of housing. Also can be checked the
end cap for inserts and the over all length of the filter can
be accommodated upto 300 mm.

The principal of the equipment is that, when
the compressed air is passed through filter cartridges it would
take the path through which it faces last resistance. We are
suppliers & exporters of Spin on Test Rigs.So
if there is any leakage in seaming of spin-on joint, the compressed
air will try to get out of such leakage point and water bubble
would appear on the tank.
The liquid for observing leakage is chosen in accordance with the quality and need of customer and also depending on the filtration media. Normally for Spin-on seaming leakage it is recommended dip into plain water whereas for end cap testing as well as bonding testing should be recommended for kerosene oil, diesel oil or alcohol.
